Commercial Construction Superintendent Kalispell MT | Relocation Assistance Available A long standing and highly respected commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join its team in Kalispell Montana. This is a strong opportunity for a superintendent who enjoys running projects in the field, taking ownership of the jobsite, and working with a company that values experienced construction professionals. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating to the Kalispell area. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through project completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities Maintain project schedules and keep work progressing according to plan Monitor quality and ensure construction meets plans and specifications Lead jobsite safety efforts and maintain a safe, organized site Conduct subcontractor meetings and communicate project priorities Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders Identify field issues early and work with the project team to develop solutions Oversee punch list, closeout, and turnover activities What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience preferred Experience with ground-up commercial construction Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Proven ability to independently manage a commercial jobsite Strong leadership and communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project schedules Compensation & Benefits The company offers a competitive compensation package based on experience , along with a comprehensive benefits package that may include: Competitive base salary onus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) / retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle Relocation assistance available Long-term advancement opportunities Apply online or email your resume to Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com.
