Full Job Description Job Summary:
Citadel Contractors, a leading construction firm specializing in design-build tilt-up construction, is seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join our team in Apex, NC. Applications from both recent graduates and experienced professionals with a strong commitment to delivering high quality, innovative structural designs are welcome. You will contribute to exciting projects and collaborate with experienced professionals, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.
Responsibilities:
As Project Manager, you will collaborate extensively with our superintendents and engineers, providing you with comprehensive exposure across the entire construction lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities may encompass:
Provide accurate estimates Coordinate initial design phase with architect and engineer Review and coordinate construction documents Work with job site superintendent and foremen to plan organize, and direct activities of the project Initiate and maintain the relationship with the owner or general contractor to facilitate project Represent company in project meetings and attend coordination meetings Keep project on schedule through daily communication with project superintendent Keep project on budget by accurately estimating the project, monitoring job costs weekly, and initiating corrective actions Procurement and purchasing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's in engineering or construction management Excellent managerial skills Concrete Construction experience preferred A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
