As part of a luxury boutique residential construction firm specializing in high-end custom homes and new construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications, safety standards, quality expectations, and budget parameters. Your proactive approach will drive project success, foster collaboration among teams, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse luxury residential construction projects while utilizing advanced construction management software and technical skills to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects using tools like Buildertrend and other project management software. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Monitor project progress through regular site visits Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and control costs effectively. Oversee safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards. Track project milestones and deliverables through effective project scheduling and time management practices to ensure timely completion. Requirements Proven experience or education in construction management with a strong background in construction site operations and project coordination. Solid understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and project scheduling techniques. Hands-on experience with construction site management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
