• $140,000 + benefits (see below) Immediate need for a Construction Superintendent on a live commercial project in Charlotte.

This is with an established construction manager working across the Carolinas, a strong healthcare and commercial portfolio, 60-plus hires last year, and a real reputation as a place people join and stay. You'll run the day-to-day on site: setting building layout and control, coordinating subcontractors and leading their meetings, holding quality and safety, and making sure work goes in line with the contract documents. What you'll need: 5+ years in commercial or healthcare construction, most of it as an assistant superintendent or superintendent Solid on building layout and control Comfortable using iOS devices and apps for blueprint navigation and review Strong on document change and RFI management Able to build and update detailed schedules in Microsoft Project, plus Excel, Word and Outlook Experience coordinating multiple trades and resolving issues to keep production moving

OSHA 30 A

real on-site leader who can mentor, run meetings and work well with owners and designers This is commercial work
