General Superintendent - Western North Carolina

Regional Superintendent - Multifamily Construction Established multifamily builder is hiring a Regional Superintendent to oversee 3 to 7 active stick-framed garden-style apartment projects across the Western North Carolina, especially the Charlotte and Gastonia markets. Project sizes range from 48 to 180 units. Most work runs from Salisbury down I-85 through Charlotte and Gastonia, with one project currently in the Boone area. This is a senior-level role focused on quality control and schedule execution. No financial responsibility. You'll work alongside an existing team of 11 site superintendents and other regional managers. What you'll do Oversee 3 to 7 active multifamily projects Drive schedules and hold site superintendents accountable to milestones Run quality control across every project in your region Coordinate with developers, trades, and inspectors Travel between job sites across job sites counties, with periodic trips to outlying projects What we're looking for Proven track record running stick-framed multifamily garden-style projects of 48 units and up, ideally experience with 110+ unit communities Strong scheduling discipline and a sharp QC eye Comfortable managing multiple sites and multiple superintendents at once Based in or willing to live in Gaston or Mecklenburg County Valid driver's license and clean record Compensation Competitive Base Pay Year-end bonus Company truck and fuel card Health benefits Why this role is different You won't be chasing work. The company has long-standing relationships with many active developers and develops their own tax credit work, which means a built-in pipeline of new starts. If you want to focus on building rather than bidding, this is the seat. Open to candidates who want to step into a single large project as a site Superintendent in the Gastonia or Charlotte as well as Greater Western NC market if the Regional scope isn't the right fit.

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
