$100,000 - $150,000 + full benefits Step into a key field leadership role with a respected commercial general contractor delivering high-quality healthcare interior projects across the Charlotte market. With a strong pipeline of medical office, hospital renovation, and specialty healthcare build-out work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team known for quality, safety, and long-term client relationships. As a Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare interior projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily field operations across healthcare interior renovation and build-out projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, logistics, and inspections Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution Conduct progress meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and design teams Track manpower, materials, deliveries, and short-interval schedules Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize disruption in active healthcare environments Maintain daily reports, site documentation, punch lists, and closeout coordination Support client relationships through professionalism, accountability, and strong field leadership Qualifications:
4+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction Experience delivering healthcare interiors, medical office, hospital renovation, or occupied-space projects strongly preferred Strong understanding of interior trades, MEP coordination, infection control, and phased construction Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred OSHA certification preferred How to Apply:
