Known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and client service, the company specializes in education, civic, healthcare, correctional, light industrial, and commercial projects. Job Description Lead commercial and public construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance Mentor and support a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee project procurement, buyout, and subcontract administration Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Participate in preconstruction and design-build planning efforts Foster strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Proven leadership experience managing complex construction projects Experience mentoring or developing junior project management staff Strong background in education, civic, municipal, or athletic facilities preferred Design-build project experience strongly preferred Experience with projects ranging from approximately $1M to $40M Strong financial management and forecasting abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of construction operations, contracts, and project controls Stable work history with demonstrated career progression What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from
