The Successful Applicant 7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Proven leadership experience managing complex construction projects Experience mentoring or developing junior project management staff Strong background in education, civic, municipal, or athletic facilities preferred Design-build project experience strongly preferred Experience with projects ranging from approximately $1M to $40M Strong financial management and forecasting abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Deep understanding of construction operations, contracts, and project controls Stable work history with demonstrated career progression What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from
