StoneMaster Inc. is a specialty contractor based in Concord, NC. We manufacture and install top-tier manufactured stone veneer for residential and commercial construction projects

• single-family homes, multi-family, hotels, senior living communities
• across NC, SC, TN, and GA. About the Role This is not a traditional sales role . We are looking for someone who already understands how commercial construction projects are won
• and knows how to build relationships with general contractors, developers, and preconstruction teams to turn bids into awarded work.

We already produce a high volume of competitive estimates. Your role is to increase our win rate by: Building strong relationships with GCs and decision-makers Staying active in the multifamily, hospitality, and commercial pipeline Owning the process between bid submission and contract award What You'll Actually Be Doing Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and preconstruction teams Track active projects and stay engaged from early-stage opportunity through award Follow up on all bids and position StoneMaster to win work Identify upcoming projects and ensure we are invited to bid early Participate in jobsite meetings, preconstruction discussions, and scope reviews Work closely with our estimating and operations teams to align strategy and execution Expand our presence in multifamily, hotel, and commercial construction markets What We're Looking For Experience selling subcontractor scopes or building systems to general contractors Existing relationships with GCs, developers, or construction decision-makers Strong understanding of: Commercial construction process Bid cycles and preconstruction How projects are actually awarded Ability to manage multiple opportunities and actively drive deals forward Self-starter who can operate independently and build a pipeline Strongly Preferred Background in: Masonry, stone veneer, EIFS, siding, façade, waterproofing, or similar trades Experience in multifamily, hospitality, production residential or commercial construction Familiarity with plans, specifications, and scope coordination How to Know If This Role Fits You You've likely: Worked directly with GC project managers or estimators Been involved in bidding and winning commercial construction projects Built relationships that influence who gets the job
