Our Current Office Manager of 15+ years is retiring and we need to find a comparable replacement. We hope to find another individual with long term commitment. This position will require handling of office and field employee relations, payroll, work hours and vacation tracking. This position will also be involved in invoicing, billing, record keeping, and account payable. This position will require 40+ hours per week to complete all task effectively. Requirements Knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft work platforms. Knowledge of construction industry platform ie. Procore and GCPay Knowledge of the construction industry Knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, and deductions Knowledge of corporate insurance process and renewals. Coordinate corporate insurance policies with owners Knowledge, skill, and experience with account payable and receivables Skill and Experience with large scale budgeting Understanding Good AIA processes and forms Good Computer Skills Good Communication Skills and phone etiquette Good Attendance Fast and Self Learner when introduced to new platforms and processes Knowledge and Understanding of Bidder Pre qualification processes Able to track and keep records of delivered material and enter it in Quickbooks Organize job financial and progress reports when requested Track, Verify, and pay weekly temp labor time Order Office Material Coordinate Employee Concerns and direct them and work with the owners on a resolution Able to function in a high stress and busy work environment Willing to obtain Notary Certification Manage Company Credit Cards Statements Daily Track Project Expenses Weekly and Monthly Bank Statement Reconciliations Education/ Experience Degree in Finance, Business analyst, Accounting, or other relevant degrees Preferred Relevant Experience ( In the Construction Industry Preferred) Benefits $25-$40/hr. and 40+ hours a week (Based on Experience) Over time as needed 7 Paid Holidays 5 Days of PTO after 1 year of service 10 Days of PTO after 2 years of service 15 Days of PTO after 5 year of service with 3 paid sick days added after 10 year Individual 5 Days of vacation after 1 year of service Individual Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (100% Funded by Company) Family Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Negotiable of Employee and Company Funding) IRA Account with 3% annual wage matching
