Job Description
Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained recruitment firm, has been engaged by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Superintendent. Our client is a growing General Contractor delivering unmatched execution through early planning, transparent communication, and disciplined delivery throughout the Carolinas. Our client is hiring a Superintendent to serve as the on-site leader responsible for managing day-to-day field operations across a variety of commercial construction projects. This individual will work closely with trade partners, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, upholding their standards of excellence at every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. 7. Coordinate trade partners and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve conflicts or schedule delays. 8. Enforce job site safety by conducting regular meetings, monitoring conditions, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols. 9. Conduct quality control inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure high standards of craftsmanship. 10. Serve as the primary on-site contact, providing regular updates to project managers, clients, and key stakeholders.Experience & Qualifications:
11. Extensive field experience in commercial construction across diverse project types such as healthcare, education, and office buildings. 12. Proven ability to create, manage, and maintain construction schedules, coordinate teams, and optimize site logistics. 13. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and a consistent record of maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. 14. Experience with quality control procedures, job site inspections, and ensuring work meets project specifications and industry standards. 15. Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise effectively with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. 16. Experience using Procore or similar software preferred.Pay:
$100,000.00- $120,000.
