Job Description
Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contractor to find a skilled Electrical Superintendent to work on their industrial projects. This is a full-time position based out of Fayetteville, NC with occasional travel. Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits Salary plus
OT:
$50/hr, negotiable higher or lower based on experienceSchedule:
Typically 50+ hours per week, but varies from project to projectPer Diem:
$150/day if traveling Company vehicle Background check, drug screen, and MVR required 100% employer paid Health PTO and 401k Electrical Superintendent Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all electrical construction activities on industrial projects Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Supervise electrical crews Interpret project drawings and specifications Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain workflow Ensure installations meet quality standards and comply with electrical codes and safety regulations. Manage manpower, materials, and daily jobsite operations while monitoring progress, resolving field issues, and supporting system testing and commissioning. Electrical Superintendent Qualifications 3+ years of industrial electrical field supervision experience preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations. Proven ability to lead and manage crews effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver s license and clean MVR required.
