On-site About the Role We are hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager with strong commercial HVAC construction experience, project costing, scheduling, and field coordination skills. What You'll Do Manage commercial HVAC projects from bid through closeout. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project scope. Coordinate field crews, subcontractors , vendors , and customers. Develop and maintain project schedules. Track project costs, budgets, and profitability. Coordinate materials, equipment, and project resources. Support HVAC estimating and bidding activities. Coordinate BIM and mechanical design requirements. Monitor project progress and resolve field issues. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Communicate project updates to customers and management. Required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC construction experience. Experience managing commercial HVAC installation projects. Experience with mechanical construction projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC construction processes. Experience with project scheduling and coordination. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Commercial mechanical contracting experience. Experience with job costing and project budgets. HVAC estimating or bidding experience. BIM coordination experience. Commercial HVAC field supervision experience.

Compensation & Schedule Salary :

$110,000-$130,000 per year. Full-time position. On-site position in Garner, NC. Standard business schedule. Drug testing is required before employment. Why Join Us?
