ResponsibilitiesAssist the Superintendent with daily on-site construction operationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveriesMonitor project schedules and help maintain production goalsEnforce safety standards and company policies on the jobsiteConduct quality control inspections and address field issuesTrack project progress and communicate updates to the project teamHelp ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsMaintain daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentationQualifications1+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or related roleCommercial or multifamily construction experience preferredAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of construction scheduling and field coordinationExperience with Procore and other construction management software is a plusBenefitsMedicalVisionDentalCompany TruckPTO401kPer Diem
