Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a traveling Multifamily Drywall Foreman to lead our drywall installation teams on construction sites. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that drywall and paint work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and supervision will drive project success from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while contributing to large-scale construction projects that shape communities. Duties Lead and supervise drywall installation crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule adherence. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to accurately execute drywall layouts and installations. Monitor quality control measures to ensure finishes meet company standards and client expectations. Manage on-site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Fieldwire or similar tools for project scheduling, tracking progress, and documenting site activities. Oversee budgeting aspects related to drywall materials and labor costs while maintaining cost control measures. Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, safety reports, quality inspections, and change orders. Traveling will be required for this position. Currently we operate in
NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, KY, IN.
Qualifications Previous drywall and paint foreman experience desired but not required. Ability to read blueprints Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations; certification preferred. Skilled in construction estimating, budgeting, project scheduling, and quality control processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of contracts management and construction management best practices.

From $1,450.00 per week
