Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with all construction regulations. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and blueprint interpretation will be essential to thrive in this energetic environment dedicated to excellence in commercial construction. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of commercial infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating timelines across multiple teams. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs through HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools; implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and reporting. Supervise project teams on-site and manage subcontractor performance to meet project milestones efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and safety compliance; address issues proactively. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects with a strong focus on infrastructure development. Proficiency in construction scheduling tools including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques using HeavyBid or similar software. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding construction plans. Familiarity with civil 3D for site design coordination is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance procedures. Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership capabilities. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination and client interactions.
