• Proven ability to consistently deliver key results with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• When on duty, the Assistant Manager is autonomously put in trust of the daily operation of the movie theatre.

They will be required to direct the operation, team members, and services in fulfillment of Company policies, procedures, and standards.

The Assistant Manager is in charge of enriching the lives of people—team members and guests alike

• This is not an office job.

The Assistant Manager will be on the floor for the majority of their shift. You also will be dealing directly with the public throughout your shift.

Job Requirements:

Formal Training/Skills:

High School diploma (or equivalent). Customer Service/Telephone Etiquette. Team Building/Problem Solving. Motor coordination, manual and finger dexterity. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Office.
