Lane also specializes in tunnels, metro and railway systems, as well as airports and water and wastewater treatment plants This position will be based in Durham, NC on Lane's I-40 Project.

Responsibilities:

Oversees field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations. Schedules all earthwork, roadwork, or other self-performed work and coordinates field crews through directives given to foremen. Collaborates with other Superintendents and subcontractors. Closely monitors communicates risks, status etc. in project review meetings. Assist Engineers with quantities and productions. Establishes and promotes a safety culture. Ensures labor, equipment and materials are maintained, protected, secured and used at optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Coaches and provides on-the-job training to crews. Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providing feedback and assessing performance. Evaluates employee's performance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
