Clinical Director

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our behavioral health and mental health services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and foster a collaborative environment for staff and clients alike. This Director must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. Your expertise will drive program development, supervise clinical staff, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards Oversee patient assessments, intake processes, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical terminology and mental health counseling techniques Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral management, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and group therapy sessions Coordinate crisis intervention efforts and manage crisis situations with professionalism and sensitivity, including PTSD care and working with individuals experiencing acute mental health crises Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, documentation of patient care, CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding, and data collection for clinical research purposes Facilitate training sessions on topics such as social work practices, special education strategies, working with children or individuals with autism/disabilities, and behavior management techniques Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to support comprehensive case management and patient care continuity Build this business by bringing on new members and qualified staffing Skills Extensive experience in behavioral health settings with a strong understanding of mental health counseling modalities Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively Demonstrated ability to work with children, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and those requiring special education or behavioral therapy interventions Skilled in crisis management strategies including crisis intervention protocols for various scenarios Knowledge of medical documentation standards, ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology Expertise in conducting diagnostic evaluations using evidence-based assessments for mental health disorders Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising clinical teams and managing program operations Join us as a Clinical Director to lead impactful programs that transform lives through compassionate care. Pay:

$100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
