Job Description
Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Construction Manager Tech (CMG Tech) for a temporary assignment in Liberty, NC. This is a 12 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $50.00 - $68.00/Hr.

Candidate must decide appropriate work priorities, developing and executing schedule for said priorities and reporting their status to management group. What you'll be doing Test and repair electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.) Troubleshooting and repair machine components of hydraulics and pneumatics. Plan and execute machine integration into mass production. (Leveling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area) Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods. Problem solving and continuously improvement of safety, quality, and productivity. Develop detailed schedule for assigned work area / project. Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes by different means. Supporting Machine trials at vendors and internal to Toyota locations. Certify Safety of Equipment per the standards via "White Kanban Check" What you bring Industrial Controls Engineer/Engineering Tech experience in a manufacturing environment, including equipment installation, modification, and optimization (5 years Required) Experience with electrical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment (5 years Required) Strong ability to understand General Contractor (GC) work for each trade, recognize deficiencies, create plans to fix, and track until closure of the deficiency. (5 years Required) Working experience with Electrical or mechanical trade Technical experience building utilities Experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic troubleshooting and schematic reading Availability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns Business travel, both domestic and international - up to 30%. Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day. Ability to ascend & descend stairs throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant. Ability to bend, kneel and crawl to gain access to equipment for repair Ability to lift, push and pull 25 pounds in a one-time event The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a "reasonable accommodation." Added bonus if you have: Technical associate degree or higher or equivalent experience Experience in Pre-Production set up Experience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sources to determine root cause.
