Requirements:

Job requirements are as follows: Completing projects on time, within budget, and most importantly, satisfying our customers. Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom. Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes. Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications. Ability to effectively build solid business relationships with Architects, Facilities Personnel, End Users and General Contractors.

Skilled at:

understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; MEP Coordination; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out. Degree from a 4-year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Salary:
