Job Description
Field Closeout Coordinator Primary Responsibilities Coordinate completion of subdivision punch list items. Work directly with contractors to ensure deficiencies are corrected. Verify work is completed to Allied standards. Coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, utility companies, and consultants during closeout. Track all outstanding closeout items and maintain status updates. Assist with warranty items and municipal acceptance. Perform field inspections and document progress. Some light manual labor as needed (installing signs, minor repairs, staking, etc.). Support with day-to-day field execution activities. Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30
