Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction management, and the ability to coordinate various aspects of residential projects efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information among team members and subcontractors. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking and documentation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Manage project estimating processes, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential. Familiarity with construction site operations and project coordination is required. Proficiency in construction estimating techniques and tools is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience using construction management software such as ProCore or Prolog is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is necessary for successful project execution.
