job summary: We are representing a Top 100 General Contractor and industry titan ($1.6B+ revenue) in the Southeast that has redefined the relationship between firm and builder. By operating as a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) organization, they have replaced the traditional corporate hierarchy with a culture of shared stakes and collective ambition. We are seeking a Construction Project Executive, who will hold the reins of high-value portfolios across the region's most demanding sectors-from intricate heavy commercial facilities to massive industrial hubs. You will lead the charge in preconstruction strategy, client stewardship, and operational excellence, acting as the bridge between visionary design and structural reality.
location:
Raleigh, North Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $150,000.00 - 159,999.99 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage the total lifecycle of multiple high-value projects, ensuring financial performance, schedule adherence, and adherence to quality standards.

Act as the "face" of the firm for clients. You will proactively manage client expectations and cultivate a "partner" rather than "vendor" relationship.

Partner with the preconstruction team to provide insight on constructability, value engineering, and risk mitigation during the early phases of project development.

Oversee project budgets, profit projections, and financial reporting. You are responsible for the bottom-line health of your assigned portfolio.

Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Superintendents. You will be responsible for building a cohesive team culture and succession planning.

Champion our "zero-incident" safety culture and ensure that the finished product exceeds industry standards for craftsmanship.
