Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve issues promptly. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite work accurately. Monitor quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and contractual requirements. Manage subcontractors and labor teams by providing clear direction, supervising tasks, and maintaining productivity. Conduct site inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safety standards. Oversee project documentation including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and safety records. Implement project scheduling strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining cost efficiency. Ensure proper use of construction estimating techniques for accurate budgeting and resource planning. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation and site safety protocols including OSHA standards. Strong management skills with the ability to supervise teams efficiently while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members. Knowledge of contracts management and the ability to review contractual documents thoroughly. Ability to read technical schematics and use tools like ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting when necessary. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
