Salisbury-Rowan Utilities is seeking motivated candidates to serve as project manager for water distribution & wastewater collection line construction projects. The project manager will supervise construction inspectors to ensure compliance with City codes, NCDEQ regulations and Uniform Construction Standards. Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with planning & design of projects. Preparing bids and specifications. Coordinating work and project permitting with outside agencies including NCDEQ and NCDOT. Overseeing contractor and staff performance. Managing the project budget, scheduling, and pay requests. Why Join Us? Minimum Requirements:

Possession of North Carolina driver's license. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management or related field and considerable experience in water and sanitary sewer maintenance and construction; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Registration as an Engineering Intern (EI) preferred.

Salary Range:

$67,483.08 - $107,972.93 (Depending on Experience) $2,000 sign-on bonus to be paid as a lump sum after successful completion of probationary period.
