Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Installation Foreman to lead and oversee residential installation projects from start to finish. This role is vital in managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. The Installation Foreman will serve as the primary on-site leader, demonstrating strong management skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties Lead and supervise installation jobs, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines Coordinate scheduling and job requirements with project management team. Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy, identifying potential issues before installation begins Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards Manage team performance through effective communication, training, and mentorship in a fast-paced construction environment Skills Extensive experience with performing start ups- construction site management, supervision, and crew management Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety regulations Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans Proven ability to coordinate construction schedules effectively Excellent managerial communication skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role Deep understanding of residential construction processes including budgeting, quality control, and safety management Ability to operate technical tools such as ohmmeters and manifold gauges for electrical testing and ensure proper installation practices Knowledge of construction safety management practices aligned with county regulations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Join our team as an Installation Foreman where your leadership will drive successful project outcomes! Up to $120,000.00 per year
