Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Superintendent to lead and oversee a 300 unit multi-family construction project in Union County, NC. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive collaboration among subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution. Applicant should live within driving distance to project. Duties Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards and report to Project Manager. Coordinate and create construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet project milestones. Review construction drawings and specifications thoroughly to ensure accurate implementation. Manage contractor relationships, oversee subcontractor performance, and enforce compliance with contractual obligations. Conduct regular quality control inspections and quality management processes to maintain high standards. Oversee construction safety management practices, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. $120,000.00 per year
