As a licensed North Carolina General Contractor, we renovate and build properties throughout Statesville, Mooresville, Denver, Lake Norman, Mount Holly, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities As our Residential Construction Superintendent, you will: Lead and supervise a construction crew. Coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite activities. Schedule and prioritize work to keep projects moving efficiently. Ensure all work meets our high standards for craftsmanship and quality. Purchase day-to-day jobsite materials as needed. Communicate project progress directly with ownership. Maintain safe, organized, and professional jobsites. Work alongside the crew when necessary.
