This role is ideal for a reliable, energetic professional with previous construction experience who excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving, and who is passionate about serving others. Training will be provided for all grant-related responsibilities. Full time; Monday - Friday; Occasional evenings and/or weekends. Responsibilities Perform data entry and document management for federal grants. Enter internal data and generate reporting using Salesforce or other similar grant and construction management systems. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to request information, schedule construction assessments, and coordinate construction project start dates. Assist with home assessments and other pre-construction activities (both in-office and applicants' home). Assist with materials procurement and vendor/subcontractor coordination. Prepare and distribute bid requests, contract documents, and contractor scheduling. Support the onboarding of new contractors, including document collection and outreach; serve as a primary point of contact. Organize and submit construction receipts and invoices to the Finance team. Represent WARM at community expos, resource fairs, and partner meetings to strengthen outreach and collaboration. Coordinate with other rebuilding agencies to address client needs and enhance service delivery. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the success of the construction program and organization. Required Attributes and Skills Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in construction industry. Previous experience in non-profit is preferred. Working knowledge of construction methods and materials. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, data entry, and general internet research; experience with Salesforce preferred. High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to take initiative, think creatively, and adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
