Pink Zebra Moving of Wilmington Wilmington, NC We Make Moving Fun! Pink Zebra Moving of Wilmington is looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Moving Operations Manager to help lead our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, supporting customers, and helping ensure every move delivers an exceptional experience. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, solve problems, communicate effectively, and help build a positive culture for both customers and employees. What You'll Do Coordinate daily moving schedules and crew assignments Dispatch crews and communicate job details Support customers before, during, and after their move Conduct estimates and assist with sales activities Recruit, train, and develop movers and drivers Monitor job quality, customer satisfaction, and damage prevention Help improve operational processes and efficiency Manage equipment, trucks, and facility organization Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development Support company goals related to growth, customer experience, and profitability What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Customer service mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front Experience in moving, logistics, transportation, operations, construction, or service management preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to occasionally assist with physical work when needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Advancement opportunities Company-supported training and development Opportunity to help build and shape a growing business Fun, team-oriented culture Why Pink Zebra Moving?
