The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience and an in-depth understanding of construction management.

What You Will Be Doing
As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that the construction projects are completed on time and on budget. You will be responsible for managing the teams, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring safety regulations are met. You will also be tasked with quality control, making sure that all construction is up to code and to the highest possible standards.
What You Need for this Position
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as an in-depth understanding of construction management. We are looking for a candidate with experience in mixed-use, mid to high-rise, condos, podium, parking deck, commercial, hotel, and multi-family construction. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety protocols is a plus. Must be Open to local travel Benefits Salary Range; $90k
