Construction Management Hygienic/Mechanical/Piping WPO (LSNA-NC)

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Management - Mechanical/Piping WPO (Work Package Owner) in Wilson/Cary, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in, Construction, Engineering or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 20 years of construction site experience
• At least 20 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction manager
• Experience with Hygienic and Mechanical piping
• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.
• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
• Ability to review and assist with Hygienic and Mechanical scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase Ideally, you'll also have:
• Pharma experience
• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communications skills
• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Attend constructability reviews
• Lead client and construction meetings.
• Safety leader (JHA's revision / daily signed off permits)
• Quality in construction
• Turn over process including TOP's, punch list and walkdowns with contractors and owners.
