Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Project Manager position include: 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction 7+ years of civil construction and site grading experience Strong knowledge of site grading and pipe installation Degree or certification preferred Experience with HCSS (HeavyJob preferred), Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365 Manage project contracts, schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and project meetings Perform quality control inspections, oversee crew hours and timesheets, and prepare submittals, bid packages, and closeout documentation Support estimating, coordinate turnover and setup documents, assist with design-build tracking, and maintain a professional, team-oriented work environment

Salary :

$105,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
