Job Description Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules. Monitor project progress and address any issues to keep projects on track. Ensure safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed at all times. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high construction standards. Coordinate material deliveries and manage site resources efficiently. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred Experience within banking, retail, restaurant, healthcare, medical, or similar commercial sectors preferred Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience using construction management software (Procore or similar platforms preferred) Familiarity with Microsoft Project or scheduling software Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments Strong communication and problem-solving abilities What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 DOE Discretionary annual bonus. Two weeks of paid time off, increasing to three weeks with tenure.
