Job Description Direct and manage all day-to-day activities on active construction sites Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Monitor project schedules and maintain progress toward key milestones Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and trade partners Review plans, specifications, and project documentation Identify potential project issues and implement solutions proactively Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment Travel to assigned projects throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and surrounding states MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Ground-up project experience preferred Background in retail, banking, healthcare, restaurant, medical, or similar commercial construction sectors Strong scheduling, coordination, and leadership abilities Ability to read construction drawings and contract documents Experience using project management software such as Procore or equivalent platforms Familiarity with scheduling software, including Microsoft Project Open to traveling for project assignments throughout the Southeast What's on Offer Annual bonus potential Employer-provided travel accommodations Daily meal per diem Company-issued laptop, tablet, and phone Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) program after eligibility period Paid time off that increases with tenure
