Construction Superintendent | $75,000-$90,000 FM and Cormorant Lakes area

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Maintenance and Safety:

Oversee the maintenance, security, cleanliness, and safety of shops and job sites.

Employee Management:

Train and manage employees to effectively execute construction tasks.

Budget and Schedule Setup:

Assist in setting up and executing budgets and schedules.

Daily Operations:

Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to plans.

Documentation Maintenance:

Maintain necessary documents to ensure plans are executed accurately.

Project Coordination:

Participate in project coordination meetings, helping to utilize and schedule employees effectively.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with firm, state, and national billing codes.

Travel:

Travel to surrounding areas for work as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction management or a similar role. Strong leadership and training skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance regulations.
