SCOPE OF WORK
This position will be to provide in home guidance and instruction on high quality parenting, care of infants and toddlers. The home visitor will meet with the primary care giver usually the parent or other family member in a home setting.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and oversee the Parents as Teachers (PAT) and MIECHV programs in accordance with federal, tribal, and contract requirements, ensuring compliance with PAT essential requirements, benchmarks, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) standards.
Provide direct supervision of Home Visiting staff; support recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation, and professional development; conduct regular individual and group meetings; observe home visits; and ensure staff adherence to program standards and data requirements.
Assign families, support enrollment and referrals, conduct client record reviews, and ensure timely, accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting through Visit Tracker and other required systems.
Monitor utilization, demographics, outcomes, and performance data; ensure data accuracy and timeliness; prepare and submit required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the Program Director and funding entities.
Monitor program expenditures, maintain budget limits, and ensure staff have the materials, resources, and information necessary to perform job duties effectively.
Develop, update, and implement program policies, procedures, job descriptions, data collection systems, and family orientation materials aligned with PAT core competencies and program goals.
Serve as liaison with tribal leadership, partner agencies, PAT organization, advisory boards, and referring entities; establish MOUs; coordinate advisory board meetings; and promote the program through community outreach.
Support achievement of project objectives, lead local CQI initiatives, review progress regularly, and provide program performance summaries to leadership.
Participate in required certifications, trainings, conferences, and meetings; represent the program in local, state, and national forums as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors of Science in Social work or related field.
Valid Driver's License SHIFT:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
TESTING AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Subject to pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing. Must submit to a background check and pass an MVR screening.

Qualified applicants who are enrolled members of a federally recognized Tribe will receive Native American preference. Qualified applicants will receive Veteran's Preference with submission of proof of honorable military service (e.g., DD-214).
