The Operations Manager will oversee the execution of all FLP construction projects, directly managing Project Managers and Field Supervisors. The Operations Manager will drive efficiency in the field, coordinate labor across multiple projects, and maintain clear, consistent communication between the field, office, and leadership team. This position is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the quality and standards that FLP is known for. This will be a full-time role and can be based in either our Fargo or Grand Forks, ND offices.

Applicants must have/possess:

Current and valid Driver's license and reliable means of transportation Clear background record 4+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field leadership

Qualifications and Skills:

4+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or field leadership Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams at once Deep understanding of construction operations and processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization FLP is an exceptional company seeking exceptional people.
