Bar Down is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate crews, manage workflows, and maintain strong site organization from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction site operations and field crews Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Monitor project timelines and ensure milestone completion Enforce safety regulations and job site compliance standards Resolve on-site issues and support efficient workflow Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent leadership and communication skills
