Construction Project Manager Marsh Creek Concrete, Inc., a concrete placement contractor in the Omaha area. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to spearhead the volume generating activities in our operation. This role is a point of contact and support for our customers and crew, and reports to executive management. Project Manager Essential Functions Assist with daily and strategic management of plant functions and provide leadership in areas to include: financial, safety, environmental, and personnel. Responsible for driving location expectations and metrics to include: company assets, budgeting, cost control/savings measures, environmental and personnel functions. Lead the company safety culture. Ensure compliance with all local, federal, state and company policies. Build relationships with customers striving to address their product needs. Field customer calls regarding product availability, delivery options and pricing. Respond to product quality questions, problem-solving expectations. All other duties as assigned. Project Manager Supervisory Responsibility This position coordinates with sales and transportation managers. Additionally, providing direction to production supervisors. Required Education and Experience 1. Reasonable related work experience which would indicate positive attributes. 2. 3-5 years of Management experience is preferred 3. Ability to resolve day to day issues with calm, controlled focus. 4. Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. 5. Minimum 3 years of experience with aggregate related operations and heavy equipment. 6.
