Construction Superintendent

Construction Site Superintendent Are you a natural leader with a passion for construction and agriculture? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations on construction sites, including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns Monitor and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate and timely financial reporting Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications

Qualifications:

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
