Great career opportunity! 50 year old construction company looking for a full time assistant construction manager. Still growing business needs an Assistant Construction Manager to become the heir apparent to a manager who has worked for the company for nearly 20 years. Great learning environment. Job duties include managing jobs, preparing proposals, selling jobs, preparing work orders, overseeing projects and communicating with crews. Applicant needs good customer service skills and the ability to understand or learn what is happening in the field. Salary position with commission incentives. Standard daytime hours. Must live or relocate to McCook, NE or surrounding area. Customer base already establish. 401(k) with match, company funded profit sharing, and health insurance available.
