  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off Job Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead healthcare and commercial construction projects throughout Eastern Nebraska.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive field leader with extensive healthcare construction experience who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes ownership of project success from groundbreaking through closeout.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily field operations while coordinating subcontractors, trades, and project activities
  • Drive project schedules, monitor milestones, and maintain accountability across the jobsite
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and project specifications
  • Coordinate site logistics, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries to support efficient project execution
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Trade Partners to successfully deliver projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Five or more years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Strong healthcare construction experience with hospitals, medical facilities, or occupied healthcare environments
  • Experience leading projects valued at $10 million or greater
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and coordinate multiple trades
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
