Contracting LLC is a licensed residential contracting company specializing in roofing, decks, doors, windows, siding, flooring, and full home restorations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our team and grow with us.

• POSITION OVERVIEW

  We're looking for a Field Manager in Training to travel between job sites, oversee crews, track materials, and keep operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role — you'll be our eyes and ears in the field. There is real room to grow within the company for the right person who shows up, works hard, and takes initiative.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel between active job sites throughout the day
• Check in on crews and ensure work is progressing on schedule
• Monitor and track materials — verify deliveries and flag shortages
• Take job site photos to document progress and issues
• Complete and submit daily field forms and reports
• Communicate updates via Microsoft Teams and email
• Attend team meetings and provide status updates to ownership
• Keep management informed of any issues, delays, or concerns
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized

• REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong communication skills — comfortable with email and Microsoft Teams
• Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple job sites
• Smartphone proficiency — photos, digital forms, messaging
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Residential construction experience preferred
