This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys balancing field operations with office coordination while serving as a key connection between project stakeholders, contractors, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, construction documentation experience, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve project related challenges throughout the construction process. Job Description A respected engineering consulting organization is expanding its project support team and seeking a Construction Administrator to oversee mechanical and electrical system coordination for a variety of commercial construction projects. Project types may include educational facilities, multifamily developments, institutional buildings, commercial spaces, and complex technical environments. This position plays a critical role in maintaining project quality, supporting construction progress, and ensuring alignment between design intent and field execution. The role offers a combination of office based coordination and onsite project involvement throughout the region.
