This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension, driven by continued expansion plans. For the right individual, this could evolve into a long-term opportunity tied to future development projects. The Opportunity This role will play a key part in two major initiatives: Overseeing the construction of a Multi-Million dollar facility near the company's distribution center Managing the buildout of retail locations nationwide You will serve as the connector between internal leadership, contractors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects stay on track from planning through completion. What You'll Do Manage construction timelines, budgets, and project execution across multiple sites Partner with internal teams and external contractors to deliver retail store buildouts Oversee the retrofit and development of leased retail spaces across various markets Coordinate efforts across stakeholders, including executive leadership Lead project updates and present progress to senior leadership, including the CEO Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and aligned with company standards What We're Looking For Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in commercial or industrial environments Strong understanding of construction schedules and project lifecycle management Experience working with distribution centers (DCs) or industrial facilities is highly valued Exposure to retail buildouts or multi-site projects is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations The Right Fit This role requires more than just technical expertise.
