Superintendent Job Description This position focuses on driving the growth of the construction segment of the business. The superintendent will be responsible for hiring and training construction talent, as well as following up on maintenance projects. Responsibilities Hire and train construction talent. Follow up on maintenance projects. Develop and forecast construction teams. Financially manage a profitable construction team. Juggle multiple projects and direct reports while maintaining client integrity. Essential Skills 10 years of construction management experience. Strong understanding of project management and commercial construction. Ability to develop and train teams. Experience in financially managing construction teams. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferably 10+ years of experience with a major general contractor. Ability to manage multiple projects and direct reports. Work Environment The role is based in a central office location with occasional travel to construction sites. The office is a well-maintained building, providing a comfortable work environment. The position offers opportunities for bonuses and potential ownership stakes in the future. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
