Commercial Construction Project Manager Requirements:
6-8 + Years of Construction Industry Experience required 3 + Years of Estimating / Project Management experience required 15 + Years of Construction Experience and 5 + Years of Estimating experience preferred Experience with Wastewater / Water Treatment Plants, Swimming Pool / Concrete Construction, Water Containment Systems, Or Waterproofing Applications required Construction Management, Engineering, or Related Degree preferred Experience with Cold Climate Construction preferred Bluebeam Revu experience preferred Rewards for

Holidays Commercial Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
This role involves estimating and managing construction projects from pre-construction through completion Responsibilities include preparing estimates and bids, reviewing plans and specifications, developing budgets and schedules, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, tracking project costs and progress, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts and change orders, and overseeing project activities Additional duties may include procurement, project documentation, progress reporting, and resource planning Work may involve water and wastewater facilities, swimming pools, aquatic projects, industrial facilities, food processing plants, concrete structures, municipal infrastructure, and commercial construction projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
