•Please do not apply to this position unless you have civil/bridge construction experience• Since 2003, JMN Construction has built a reputation for delivering high-quality bridge construction, bridge rehabilitation, structural concrete projects, and flood control throughout Nebraska. We're looking for a Bridge Superintendent to lead field operations and help drive successful project execution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside their crew, solving problems in the field, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish. What You'll Do  Lead and support a field crew of 4-6 employees on new and repair of bridge and structural concrete projects.  Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.  Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.  Monitor project progress and proactively identify solutions to keep work moving forward.  Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, DOT specifications, and project requirements.  Review and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents.  Assist with material procurement, scheduling, and project planning.  Lead by example through professionalism, dependability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.  Support crews with hands-on construction activities, including equipment operation when needed. What We're Looking For  Experience supervising bridge construction or heavy civil construction projects.  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.  Experience with bridge construction, pile driving, and sheet piling preferred.  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.  Ability to obtain a Class A CDL.  Willingness to be a working leader who actively supports the field team. $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
