Qualifications Construction experience preferred, but not required Ability to read plans and understand specifications preferred, but not required Well-versed in using Microsoft Office Suite, computers, and other software programs, as Turnstone uses: Procore for Project Management System Microsoft Project for scheduling Bluebeam and PDF editor for submittals Dropbox, Teams, and a web-based timekeeping app An independent worker, a self-starter, and will be an active participant in their own learning and professional development Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task Team-player mentality, able to professionally communicate, and passionate about the final product A valid driver's license and willingness to commute to various job sites in New Hampshire arerequired Assistant Project Manager Duties/Responsibilities Work alongside the Project Manager on all phases of the project Review subcontractor proposals and note exclusions Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure up-to-date documentation Engage in communications with subcontractors, clients, engineers, and architects to establish project processes for submittals, requests for information, as well as other project-specific documents Download, organize, and maintain current job-specific documents within the project databases (e.g., Procore, Dropbox) Keep up-to-date records of all changes to the project documents Attend construction project meetings Collaborate with the Project Manager in taking and maintaining meeting minutes Generate and distribute project logs (Submittals, Request for Information, etc.) to the team Work with the Project Manager in the preparation of project change order proposals Work with subcontractors on project closeout documents, warranties, and record drawings Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Bonus pay
